• Custom web application development for businesses.
• Ready-made web applications for subscription-based use.
• A freelancer hub to connect clients with skilled freelancers for project collaboration.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or engaging with our Services.
• Use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with our Services, including hacking, spamming, or distributing malicious content.
• Respect the rights of other users, including freelancers and clients, in our hub.

Payments and Subscriptions

• Pay all applicable fees as outlined during the subscription process.
• Provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the fees to your chosen payment method.
• Understand that subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code provided through our Services, including custom and ready-made apps, are the intellectual property of BQuad or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our Services without permission.
• Use our content for commercial purposes outside the scope of your subscription or project agreement.

Freelancers retain ownership of their submitted work unless otherwise agreed in a project contract.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to make required payments. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us, but no refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BQuad is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
• Issues caused by third-party services, freelancers, or clients in our hub.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
